Includes scheduling, consultant accompaniment, and follow-up notes. Evening and weekend viewings available at no additional cost.
Tenancy Support
Ongoing assistance throughout your rental period. We coordinate maintenance requests, communicate with landlords on your behalf, and handle any issues that arise. Think of us as your property advocate throughout the tenancy.
Minimum three-month commitment. Can be cancelled with 30 days notice after initial period.
Relocation Package
Comprehensive service for those moving to Leeds from elsewhere. Combines property search, multiple viewings, area orientation tours, and initial tenancy support. Designed for executives, professionals, and families requiring streamlined relocation assistance.
Includes property search, up to five accompanied viewings, neighbourhood tours, and three months of tenancy support.
Corporate Letting
Tailored service for businesses requiring accommodation for employees, whether for short-term assignments or permanent relocations. We work with HR departments and relocation managers to meet specific corporate requirements and timelines.

Property Inspection
Independent assessment of a property before you commit to a tenancy. Our consultant inspects the condition, checks for maintenance issues, and provides a written report. Useful when you cannot view in person or want professional verification.
